In-Person Services
Sunday, May 24, 2020 at
10 AM & 6 PM
with guidelines in place.
Everyone welcome to attend both services on Sunday.
Wednesday Night, May 27, will be online only.
We will continue to follow the guidelines below in our in-person services.
  1. We will meet in the sanctuary which will allow for adequate social distancing. The FLC will be ready for overflow if it is needed.
  2. The sanctuary & FLC will be professionally sanitized before each service.
  3. Entrance into the buildings will be staggered to maintain physical distancing as we enter.
    1. There will be 6-foot markers at the entrance.
    2. Seating will be on every other pew to follow physical distancing guidelines.
    3. As difficult as it may be, close fellowshipping should be avoided.
    4. We will dismiss the service by rows. Please stay at your seat until your row is dismissed. 
  4. Families are encouraged to enter together and sit together while allowing approximately six feet between other families. No one should wander away from their family group.
  5. At this time, there will be no nursery, Sunday School classes, or Kids View provided.
  6. If you are a high-risk individual, a caregiver for a high-risk individual, or feel uncomfortable attending, please feel free to stay home and watch our live stream on Facebook or YouTube. Some of those high-risk conditions are:
    1. People 65 years and older.
    2. People of all ages with underlying medical conditions.
    3. People with chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma.
    4. People who have serious heart conditions.
    5. People who are immunocompromised.
    6. People with severe obesity
    7. People with diabetes, chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis, and/or liver disease.
  7. The wearing of a mask is recommended.
  8. The greeting staff will wear masks.
  9. The use of restroom facilities will be limited to one person or family at a time.
  10. The restroom should be sanitized after each use by the user with the spray/wipes provided.
  11. Physical distancing must be in effect. Avoid shaking hands, hugging, or any other physical contact at all times. 
  12. Offerings can be left in the provided containers in the foyer. There will not be any passing of the offering plates. 
  13. Prayer and worship will be “in place”. Rather than coming forward, we will be praying at our seats.
  14. Please enjoy the online service from your home if you have any of the following symptoms that could be associated with COVID-19:
      1. Fever
      2. Cough
      3. Shortness of breath
      4. Chills or Repeated shaking,
      5. Muscle pain,
      6. Headache,
      7. Sore throat,
      8. New loss of taste or smell
      9. or other neurological issues.
We are doing all of this to provide our members and community with an opportunity to have in-person church services on campus again in a safe environment. This is an ongoing process. Please be patient with us as we move forward. We understand if you do not feel comfortable joining us on campus at this time. If that is the case, please continue to join us online. We live stream our services on our Facebook page and our YouTube channel.
