Registration Page!
Registration is an easy 2 step process.
Step 1: Submit your group information via the form below. You will be directed to our payment page when you successfully submit your information.
Step 2: Select the desired number of attendees and make your payment via pay-pal.
**The Registration process is successfully completed when you receive both a Registration email and Pay-Pal confirmation.**
Registration Online is $20 per person. Please use the $20 per person option at check-out.
Online Registration will close on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at midnight or when capacity is reached
All Registrations include: admission to all sessions, one Sprout’s packet, and lunch on Saturday.
